Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what OrbisFramework (https://www.orbisframework.com) collects when you visit, why, and who else receives it. The site is operated by Orbis Scientia. Questions or requests go to contact@orbisscientia.com.

What we collect when you visit

Each time you open a page on this site, we record:

• the page you visited, its full address, and the page that sent you here (the referrer)
• your browser and device type, as your browser reports it (the “user agent”)
• the date and time of the visit
• your IP address
• a location worked out from your IP address: country, region, city, approximate latitude and longitude, time zone, and internet provider

We collect this to understand which pages people read, how they found the site, and where our visitors are.

Who else receives it

• ip-api.com receives your IP address when you visit, so it can return the location details listed above.
• Microsoft Azure hosts this site and the database where visit records are stored.
• Cal.com receives the details you enter if you follow a link to schedule a conversation. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies there.
• Resend delivers the emails generated when you submit a form on this site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising networks.

Forms

When you submit the contact form or the Platform Overview request, we collect your name, work email, company, role, company size, and message. We store the submission in our database and email it to our team. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provided.

We use this information only to respond to you and to send you the document you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Do Not Track

This site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Visits are recorded as described above whatever your browser's setting.

How long we keep it

We keep visit records and form submissions until we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@orbisscientia.com. Because visit records aren't tied to your name, we may ask for your IP address or the approximate date of your visit to find them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who receives it, we update this page and the date at the top.
